Career Resources for Everyone
Free career tools, practical guides and a stronger starting point.

A Practical Place to Start
Good career support should not be reserved for the people who already occupy the best-paid seats. An engineer trying to make a first move, a professional facing redundancy and a capable employee working towards promotion all deserve a practical place to start. Their need for sound guidance does not disappear because their budget is limited.
After 37 years in engineering, leadership and hiring, I have seen how much valuable experience gets overlooked because people have never been shown how to explain it, evidence it or put it in front of the right decision-makers. That is one of the reasons I built Career OS™.
My aim is to make useful career development more accessible to every working professional, not only the C-suite. This page is a starting point: free tools to help you think clearly, guides and reports you can keep, and practical resources you can put to work immediately. Some resources ask for your name and email; none of the resources marked free requires a card or programme purchase.
The full Career OS™ programme adds structured consultancy and connected execution. You do not need to buy it to make use of these resources. Start with the problem in front of you, choose one useful resource and act on what it shows you.
Choose One Useful Next Step
The directory contains 24 individual resources. Collection links further down open broader reading libraries and are not included in that count.

Free Career Resource Questions
Are these career resources really free?
Every resource marked Free can be used without a card or programme purchase. Some tools and downloads ask for your name and email before access. Premium resources and CV Studio are labelled separately so you can see the access condition before opening them.
Where should I start?
Start with the problem in front of you. If you are unsure whether you need an external move or internal progression, use the Career Needs Navigator. If the problem is narrower, choose the relevant tool, guide or market report and act on one useful finding.
Do I need to buy Career OS™?
No. The free resources stand on their own. The full Career OS™ programme adds connected tools, structured consultancy and execution support, but you do not need to purchase it to use the resources on this page.
Is Career OS™ CV Studio free?
The external Studio page currently offers the first 10 launch users free access, then £15 one-off. The programme runs locally on Windows and has no monthly subscription. Check the Studio page for the current fulfilment terms.
