Could You Get Hired Tomorrow? is a free reality-check questionnaire from Eich Dyn, created by Dai Jones as part of Career OS™. It asks an experienced professional up to 18 questions about positioning, evidence, market awareness, access and interview readiness, adds an evidence upload and audit step, and returns readiness feedback, an evidence-quality view and a short list of priority actions. It is a self-assessment, not a selection instrument, and it produces no score that any employer sees.

What to Do With the Result
If the feedback is stronger than you expected, use the priority actions to close the last gaps and start testing the market properly rather than waiting for certainty.
If it is weaker than you expected — which is the more common outcome for people who have been settled for years — the useful question is not "how bad is it" but "which gap would change the most if I closed it first". Evidence usually beats activity: a CV that shows scope, scale and outcome does more than another twenty applications.

It is a free Career OS™ reality check for experienced professionals. It asks up to 18 structured questions about your current positioning, evidence, market awareness and interview readiness, includes an evidence upload and audit step, and returns readiness feedback with a short list of priority actions. Who is it for?
Experienced STEM, engineering and technical professionals — including specialists, managers and senior leaders — who have not tested their market value recently. It is particularly useful if you have been in one organisation for several years, if your CV has not been updated against the roles you would now target, or if you want an honest read before deciding whether to move or progress internally.
Is it free, and how long does it take?
It is free and normally takes less than 10 minutes. Your result stays available locally in your browser on your device rather than being sent to you: you can print or export it, and save a JSON backup you can reload later.
What does the output actually mean?
The output is a structured read of your own answers. It shows where your readiness is reasonable, where it is thin, and how strong the evidence behind your claims currently looks. Treat it as a prompt for action rather than a score to be defended — the priority actions matter more than the headline feedback.
Is this an employability score or a prediction that you will be hired?
No. It is a self-assessment based entirely on what you enter. It is not a psychometric instrument, not an employment-selection assessment, not a salary valuation and not a prediction or guarantee of any hiring outcome.

What happens to the information I enter?
The tool asks for an email address and, where requested, a WhatsApp or mobile number. Your questionnaire responses and results are stored locally in your browser on your device; they are not automatically sent to Eich Dyn. You can print or export your results, save a JSON backup and reload it later, or email a copy to Eich Dyn yourself if you would like to discuss it.
Because the copy is local, clearing your browser data or local storage can remove it, so save a JSON backup or print the result if you want to keep it. Our privacy notice explains how Eich Dyn handles any personal data you do choose to send us.
