Your man, nearly forty years in.

Eich Dyn — pronounced “ake deen” — is Welsh for “your man.” It echoes the Prince of Wales motto Ich Dien, “I serve.” That is the work: standing alongside senior professionals at the moments that matter, with judgement earned the hard way.

Across nearly four decades, Dai has reviewed over 10,000 CVs and recruited 642 candidates. He has been coached and steered by seven British Olympians — including Adrian Moorhouse of Lane 4 and David Hemery — and, at just 27 years old, coached the Jaguar Land Rover Board to deploy the GROW Model. He has promoted over 160 engineers and leaders and chaired Jaguar Land Rover’s People Development Committee covering 12,000 professionals.
