Privacy Notice

Eich Dyn Career Services collects the information you provide when you submit an enquiry, book a Career Diagnosis, apply for a programme, use a Career OS™ tool, download a resource or complete an assessment.

What we collect

First name, surname (where required to identify you for a booking, enquiry or programme), email address and — only if you choose to provide it — a mobile telephone number including its international dialling code. We also record the page you converted on, referral information and the consent choices you made, together with the exact wording version shown to you.

Mobile numbers and WhatsApp

Providing a mobile number never automatically subscribes you to messages. WhatsApp permissions are collected separately and are unticked by default:

  • Service messages: Eich Dyn may contact me by WhatsApp about this specific enquiry, Career Diagnosis, booking or requested service.
  • Marketing messages: I would like to receive occasional Career OS™ guidance, resources, service news and relevant offers from Eich Dyn Career Services by WhatsApp. I can withdraw my permission at any time by replying STOP.

You can withdraw WhatsApp marketing permission at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us. Withdrawing marketing permission does not stop essential service messages about a booking you have made.

Email marketing

Email marketing is a separate, optional and unticked permission: I would like to receive occasional Career OS™ guidance, resources, service news and relevant offers from Eich Dyn Career Services by email. I can unsubscribe at any time. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Why we use your information

To respond to your request, verify and prepare bookings, deliver requested tools, assessments and resources, improve Career OS™ content and — only where you opt in — send relevant updates and offers. We rely on legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and delivering requested services, and on your consent for marketing by email or WhatsApp.

Consent records

We keep an append-only record of each consent and withdrawal, including the channel, purpose, date, wording version and the form used. This exists so your choices can be evidenced and honoured accurately.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We use trusted processors for CRM (HubSpot), scheduling, website hosting, analytics and email delivery. We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations and legitimate business records.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw any consent, by contacting Eich Dyn Career Services at david.jones@eichdyn.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
