Dai Jones — Founder & Lead Coach

Dai is the founder and lead coach at Eich Dyn Career Services and the creator of Career OS™. Over a 37-year career in engineering, product development and industrial transformation, he has led global teams delivering complex multi-hundreds-of-million-pound programmes — from concept through successful launch — across Jaguar Land Rover, Tata Technologies, Penso and the Manufacturing Technology Centre.

At Tata Technologies, Dai led up to 746 engineers across seven countries delivering VinFast vehicle programmes at exceptional pace. He now translates that operating discipline into a system mid-career professionals can install in weeks — Career OS™.

Dai also works as a part-time senior coach for FourthRev, Europe's leading edTech firm, where he holds a caseload of 35 mid-term career pivoters studying out of Cambridge University and London School of Economics (LSE), where they study Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Data Science and Analytics. All these subjects are of critical importance to Dai's coaching methods and supplement the Career OS™ toolset and approach.
