CAREER OS™ READING MAP
What should you read next?
Choose the career challenge you are facing and follow a focused route through the right articles, tools and Career OS™ resources.
Why I wrote this
Experienced professionals rarely suffer from too little information. More often, they have too much information without a clear sequence.
A redundancy, stalled promotion, sector change or disappointing interview result can lead to dozens of disconnected articles, tools and opinions. I wrote this reading map to help you begin with the question that matters now, understand what to read next and turn that insight into practical action.
It connects the seven detailed articles to the wider 20-question pillar, the Career OS™ MOVE and PROPEL pathways, and the tools that help you build credible evidence—such as the XYZ Career Impact Guide—rather than simply consume more advice.

Frequently asked questions
Where should I start?
Choose the situation closest to what is happening in your career now. The map will recommend a starting article and the most useful next steps.
What is the difference between MOVE and PROPEL?
MOVE is for changing role, employer or sector. PROPEL is for increasing impact, responsibility, recognition and progression where you are.
