Career coaching pricing: how Eich Dyn is different
A great many people begin by searching for career coaching pricing, and usually find an hourly rate. Eich Dyn prices structured consultancy routes instead, because the value sits in the sequence rather than the session count: Career Diagnosis first, then positioning, evidence, opportunity strategy, interview preparation and offer decisions.
That is why the three levels above differ by how much 1:1 consultancy accompanies the Career OS™ methodology, not by how many coaching hours you buy. You are pricing a governed route through a career decision, with the same six stages behind each level.
Pricing questions
Is this different from one-to-one career coaching?
Yes. One-to-one career coaching is usually sold as sessions and led by reflection. Eich Dyn sells structured consultancy: a Career Diagnosis establishes what is actually limiting progress, then positioning, evidence, opportunity strategy, interview preparation and offer decisions are worked in sequence. You still get private 1:1 time with Dai Jones on the Hybrid Programme and 10 Week Intensive — but it is directed by the Career OS™ methodology rather than an open agenda.
Do you offer group career coaching?
Group career coaching is not currently offered as a standing programme, and there is no published group timetable or price. All consultancy is delivered 1:1 with Dai Jones alongside the Career OS™ platform. If you want the methodology without ongoing 1:1 consultancy, the £299 Full Digital Suite is the self-paced route; group or workshop delivery can be discussed on a Career Diagnosis call where an organisation has a genuine cohort need.
Can I use Career OS™ without 1:1 consultancy?
Yes. The Full Digital Suite is the self-paced route to Career OS™ at £299, with over 400 resources in the Career OS™ Vault, a core walkthrough guide per module, lifetime access and progressive updates. It includes one 30-minute post-purchase positioning call; beyond that, no ongoing 1:1 consultancy is included. The Hybrid Programme and 10 Week Intensive add 1:1 consultancy sessions with Dai Jones.
