I looked hard at what was already out there. Teal HQ, Resume.io and Huntr.co all do something useful — but they are, at heart, simple job trackers and résumé trackers. They log applications. They do not run a career move.
I wanted a complete system: one place where applications, networking, target companies, weekly execution, evidence and progress all connect. In other words, a CRM for your career development — not a spreadsheet of jobs applied for.
