Structured One to One
Direct One Hour Kick Off Session
In our first one-to-one coaching session, we will utilise Microsoft Teams for a seamless video conference experience. This platform will allow us to connect face-to-face, despite any geographical distances, ensuring our interaction feels personal and engaging. I look forward to getting to know you better in this virtual space.
During our session, we will delve into your career aspirations. Together, we will review your goals and ambitions, identifying what truly drives you and where you see yourself in the coming years. This dialogue is crucial in establishing a clear direction for your professional journey.

Individual Coaching
Pricing is charged at an hourly rate
Various modules are available for career coaching including;
- Introduction session (LOI, LI, CV Review),
1 hour
- Detailed career review, including internal promotion hunting, training and devleopment and career planing, 1 hour
- External career / alternative roles inclduind support and techqniques for finding and maximising opportuntiites, 1 hour
- Interview preparation, foundation building,
1 hour
- Interview practice and stress testing, 1 hour
Hourly rate is £45 per hour, however, the first session, number 1 is discounted to £37.
All payments must be made ahead of any session. Refunds of 50% are available if you are not satisfied with the output and value of the sessions.
