   5. Moving: the 'Snakes and Ladders' Effect
   6. Tools for Career Decision Making
   7. 'The Seven Highly Effective Hacks for Career Progression'
      
       
2. Career Planning for Leaders
   (8 hours);
   
   1. Manager or Leader?
      1. Breaking it down, Pros and Cons
      2. Self Rating, Peer Rating
   2. Future Career Moves; 
      1. Sharing Plans
      2. Sharing Misses
      3. Course Corrections
   3. Leading the Team, supporting their careers
   4. A Critical Coach, yes or no, and how?
   5. Training and Development 
   6. Bringing it Together, a High Level Plan
   7. A Career Coach for a Leader
       

Daily rate is £2500 per day, for groups of up to 15.

Groups of 16-50, £3500 per day. 

Greater than 50 attendees; £4500.

All payments must be made ahead of any session. 

Each candidate will receive an electrionic handout available to download, with coarse material, 
development plans and KPI trackers. 

They will also recieve an e-book and paperback of the acclaimed "The Seven Highly Effective Hacks for Career Progression" book, a two hundred page, step by step guide to career success.
